Ordering & Personalisation

On any product page that supports personalisation, you can choose a font style, pick an ink colour, and enter the name or text you want printed. Some products also let you upload your own artwork — choose the file from your device before adding to cart.

Yes, on products marked “Design Your Own” (such as our Kids Aprons). You can upload PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files up to 8MB. We accept high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI for the best print quality.

We offer four font styles — Classic Serif, Modern Sans, Handwritten Script, and Bold Block — and five ink colours: Black, White, Pink, Gold, and Navy. Preview your selection on the product page before ordering.

Absolutely. For 10+ items with matching artwork, drop us a line via the Contact page with your design brief, quantity, sizes, and delivery date. We’ll come back with pricing and a turnaround window.

Adult apparel runs S through XXL (we use Australian sizing). Kids apparel covers 2–5 years and 6–13 years. Each product page has a size chart in the description tab — measurements are listed in centimetres.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up to the newsletter if you’d like an email when it goes live.

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 across Australia. Orders over $99 ship free. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

Personalised orders are made to order, so allow 2–3 business days for production. Standard delivery from our Australian base then takes 3–5 business days for most metro addresses, slightly longer for regional. Total: usually 5–8 business days door to door.

Yes — once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number you can follow through Australia Post or our courier partner. Tracking links are clickable straight from the email.

Returns, Care & Quality

Because each personalised piece is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind on customised items. Non-personalised stock items can be returned within 14 days in original condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.

If there’s a print error, a defect, or shipping damage, we’ll fix it — at no charge. Email hello@clkcreative.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We print exactly what you submit, so double-check spelling before checkout. If you spot a typo within 30 minutes of ordering, email us straight away — if we haven’t started printing yet we’ll edit it. After that we can’t change a personalised order.

We use soft-hand DTF and screen prints on premium apparel — they stay sharp through hundreds of washes. To get the longest life: wash inside-out in cold water, hang to dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print.

Cold machine wash inside-out, mild detergent, no bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on the reverse side only, never directly on the print. Following this keeps the colours vivid for years.
