Personalised & custom items
Personalised items (with names, custom text, or uploaded artwork) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or differ from what you ordered, as they are made uniquely for you.
Faulty or incorrect orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@clkcreative.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-personalised items
Unworn, unwashed non-personalised items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
